How We Should HANDLE Problems!

What if every problem was a gift? 🎁

Think about it:

🌟 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦. 🌟

But what a problem is for one person may not be for another.

📌 You feel too cold in a room, but your significant other says the temperature is fine.

📌 You’re driving and worried about being somewhere late, but your friend in the passenger seat thinks you’ll be on time.

📌 A person is playing music you hate, but your buddy says you just need to be open to it.

The next time you experience a problem, ask yourself:

👍 What does this problem say about me? How am I feeling? What is the meaning I’m giving to this situation that makes it a problem?

👍 What are the potential solutions to this problem? How would solving this problem fast make me feel?

👍 Is this problem really worth lingering over? Is it really worth sacrificing my internal happiness holding onto this problem?

We ALL deal with problems. They’re not exclusive to a special few. 👥

And most problems are not even that big of a deal! 👍

But we’ll create problems that aren’t there. We’ll magnify them and make them bigger than they need to be. We’ll make them seem more life-or-death in our minds than they actually are.

Problems will always be around. But it’s how we respond and work with them that’s going to make all the difference. 😊
